Research findings from an exploration into answering the research question “To what degree is learning enhanced by guided BLOG discussions?”

Session Description
This presentation follows up on an experience in July 2016 using discussion forums for team dialog. That collaborative learning inspired a plan to capture results for guided blogging style discussions conducted during January 2017. The finding reveal evidence of a degree to which collaborative peer-to-peer blogging did encourage critical thinking while seeking a team solution to a complex problem. The live TCC presentation reveals results using Blackboard Discussion Forum as a tool for capturing the blog style writing while researching for a case study. The presenter will provide links to SlideShare lessons to findings from an earlier and recent rounds of research.
